Robert H. Lengel is the Associate Dean for Executive Education at the University of Texas at San Antonio. In this capacity he directs the executive MBA program and the Center for Professional Excellence which he founded. Combining his academic background with work experience in the aerospace industry, industrial sales, and financial services, Lengel consults with corporate clients ranging from government agencies, the military, an aerospace company, theme park, oil and gas companies, financial institutions, and health care providers.
