Biography: Warren Bennis, Distinguished University Professor, University of Southern California, and Leadership Institute chair, is the author of eighteen books, including the best-selling On Becoming a Leader and An Invented Life. He resides in Santa Monica, California.

A former partner and principal with KPMG Peat Marwick and A.T. Kearney, Michael A. Mische has partnered with his clients to achieve competitive advantage and tangible results. Mische has authored more than two dozen articles on information technology and IS management issues. He resides in State College, Pennsylvania.
